Altimate Care is looking for a qualified Human Resources Assistant!

1. Must have experience with Word, Excel and internet research

2. Ability to be flexible with work assignments

3. Experience with multi-line telephone systems

4. Able to multi-task and keep focused

5. Must be confidential and manage with grace, understanding, and compassion

6. Standards in this position require utmost responsibility to company ethics and integrity, professional demeanor, and abides by HIPAA and PHI confidentiality

JOB SUMMARY

  • Schedule orientation
  • Create orientation folders
  • Reference check
  • Complete 7 database check on new employees
  • Chart audits
  • Track and follow-up for compliance pieces for employees (each branch)
  • Enter PTO requested hours in employee schedules
  • Conducting orientation
  • Maintaining records electronic/ paper records
  • Distributing documentation
  • Produce and submit reports
  • Assist with termination and exit interview paperwork
  • Keep up to date with HR trends and best practice
